I'm not feeling any better than I was yesterday, besides for a mask of cold/flu meds. Tempted to get out of here early, as it is Friday and I am 'probably contagious'. But I'm pretty sure I'll tough it out. Hopefully I'll recover in time for the Grand Final BBQ tomorrow which looks like it should be a good time. I've be designated DJ, so look out Robbie Williams, here I come! I'll probably suck it up and go for a bit even if I feel crappy, but the sound of beer and being surrounded by cheering for a game I only half understand isn't making my flu any better.

Not much the insightful or dare-to-be-clever front today, but I do have a couple of things for you. First off an announcement!

CONGRATULATIONS TO MY BEST FRIENDS CHRIS AND ANGELA ON THEIR ENGAGEMENT! I'm sure no one will disagree when I say there is not a more deserving girl than Angela. I'm so happy for you both. I'm sure your years together will be full of happiness, love, and constant fun! Angela, I think you need a personal lifeguard to be sure that rock doesn't make you sink... And now it's time to plan the parties!!!!
